Software outdated & Dysfunctional.

I have 2 registered domains with Mweb with 2 exchange mailboxes and one pop email address. I upgraded from outlook for Mac 2011 to outlook 365 recently but when I tried connecting to my exchange mailboxes I received a message that I can only connect to Exchange server 2010 SP2 or later. I called Mweb on 12 July and I was told that their exchange server is on SP1. I asked when this would be upgraded and I was told they \think"it will be another month. Mweb's servers are outdated and I am now not getting the service that I am paying for. I called the call centre and they tried connecting me with my account manager but he was in a meeting. They promised he would call back but he did not. I called again on the 13th and then spoke to Siya. Siya promised to call me back before lunch but he never did. I called again at 16:00 and was told he escalated my complaint but he will call me to discuss it"
