SO MWEB CAN JUST *****??

I don’t know what to say, I requested an installation from mweb, was told I have to pay the first month(R399) and then a technician would come to do the installation. I proceed to pay the premium on the 30/01/2020

A week later I get a call saying that the installation had been “postponed” I then decide to wait for a new date and the technician never ever came.

I still haven’t been refunded and it is now the 17/10/21, three months short of it being 2 years and I been emailing and whenever I try to call, there’s no availability.

It’s not at all about the money, it’s about a lack of service and failure to refund or compensate(the calls aren’t free hey).
