You guys cancelled my subscription without me asking for it to be cancelled. You charged me a cancellation fee and debited my bank account with just over R4000. All of these charges and I was only connected to your network for less than a month (23 March - 10 April). May someone explain to me what kind of a ******* this is. I am not fighting, I won't even reverse the debit order....but I need to understand if this according to you is ethical and treating a customer fairly.

My previous query where I asked to make a payment arrangement was not responded to - I am hoping that I will receive your esteemed response this time around.
