Slow Unhelpful Service

Ref No: MWB***7...I have been trying to rectify a so-called "compromised" account with MWEB, what a performance. They don't seem to read the information sent to them or what their own call centre may have rep**** to previously. Help please somebody, this account has been with you for a long time but if this is the service offered then maybe it is time, I move it.
