Slow to No Response

I’ve app**** for internet on the 26/03 they’ve came back requesting proof of residence which I sent on the 04/04, I followed up via Facebook in the 08/04 as they claim they never received it, I sent it again. No response on Facebook and if I phone the call Center I hold and get eventually cut off without an answer as to what is going on with my order
