Slow speeds and cannot cancel, dont bother

Worst speeds and very hard to cancel, have done several times and confirmed done 17 may - telephonice conversation.

The team has now stated I cannot cancel due to outatanding amount, it was supposed to have been cancelled by now. I have been waiting for the letter of amount to pay for cancellation of contract...

I have yet to receive it... and I have been conveniently told after 30th June I should wait till 31 July...
