Slow Response

<p>So I have done an online order for the Mweb uncapped ADSL product, it took about 24 hours for me to receive my FON router from Mweb, which is great. My line from telkom is working, everything is working but after this all they still have not activated my account, it has been two weeks now. I have phoned multiple times with absolutely no luck, there is no one able to activate my account so that I can start using my uncapped data. This is an absolutely pathetic start of business with Mweb. I am already regretting the choice to move to Mweb. Upon me ordering the line I was contacted by a sales person who informed me that once my Telkom line is active (which could take up to 15 working days) i will be able to use my internet as the activation does not take long and that waiting for the telkom line activation is the longest waiting period. My telkom line was active 2 days after my order at Mweb was placed, but now I still need to wait another 15 Working days for Mweb to activate my account. That is rediculous and utterly pathetic. </p>
