Slow LTE speed and Unauthorized Cancellation of contract.

Since the 27th of May the speed on my Mweb MTN LTE line has drastically decreased. I am yet to get feedback. on top of that I got an email saying my line will be cancelled at the end of July 2021. I did not request cancelation.

I called in on Thursday the 8th of July to check on the progress of my query and was told that they are still investigating. I asked about the cancellation and was told that someone will call me. it is almost another week and no one has called.

this is honestly the worst service I have ever received.
