Slow Lte network

Pathetic network on the Lte routers , my wifi is so extremely slow i barely get enough network to watch netflix . My router shows full signal on the bars however the network itself is very slow and keeps saying poor connection, ive been thinking maybe its just a fault in the area and it will come right however its been 10 days now and nothing. Im already loading data on my cellphone because of this stupid Lte thats not working the way its supposed to. Why am i paying for something thats not working correctly?
