Slow Internet Connection, NO customer support.

I've been trying to contact customer support to no avail FOR DAYS. My internet speed has reduced dramatically (down to 3mbps!!). When I do get hold of customer support, they ask for details over email, then never reply to said emails and never follow up. Please fix this now.
