Slow internet and bad support

Unable to sort out slow internet. Account holder at school busy giving classes so unable to assist. Her daughter and I stay with them and we both work from home and both of us struggling to work due to this terrible connection. I have done the basic troubleshooting but to no luck but technical at Mweb does not want to even attempt to assist any further. Once the contract is over, we will most definitely be moving ISP's. So disappointed in Mweb.
