Slow fibre speed

I pay a monthly fee of R589 per month for a 25/25 MB line. I cannot stream a live game or even a movie without it buffering. This is a *******. I will not want to do business with Mweb again. Can't wait for my contact to end. They don't deserve the 1 star rating.
