Slow delivery and Horrible customer service

I have been waiting for the fibre installation they promised 10 days, I joined on 15th July.

when I call they identify me, the drop the call. The guy who I made the deal with I am emailing but his not answering emails its been a week.

The service is poor I cant wait for almost a month for fibre.
