Slow and unstable internet

My internet is slow and unresponsive at best. At night I am using my desktop PC and 2 users are using WI-FI. The internet is slow and most websites keeps loading and the Wi-Fi users keeps disconnecting. I have complained numerous times on the MWEB websites with no results. As till today no MWEB technician has ever came out to assist me. Yet I have to pay every month promptly. But the service that I am experiencing is not up to standard. When I complain at night. they only test my line the next day when there is no one in the neighborhood home. Then the line will be perfect as the street is empty. I told the previous technicians that called that the times of internet loss varies from night to night. But when they call to assist me they call at 4 in the afternoon, we do a speed test online and wow then the speed is cool. A hour or two later I am without internet again. This sales person promised me that I would have better service. Yet its 7 months of struggling so far. I need assistance now.
