Slow and pathetic service

I have been a Mweb customer for the past 4years. For me to end up experiencing bad customer service is because I moved houses. And what's exhausting is the call centre,u will hold 2hrs. With no assistance, the chat service is the worst. 3 days currently without WiFi. I paid for a service I cannot even use. We are all frustrated in the house. I'm appalled. Think twice before u join mweb. 😓😪
