Worst experience. My sim and router was ****** and was told to fill in a form to do a sim swap which I did and provided the documentation needed. I was told the proof of address doesn't match with the one on the system and I should get an affidavit. I submitted the affidavit and still I was told proof of address doesn't match. I called back 2days ago and was told my sim will be delivered. I have not received any sim till now. My documents were submitted on the 20th October but still no sim. Yet you quick to debit my account for services that was not rendered. Worst part they don't even bother to call back when you have been waiting in the queue to get assistance.
