Sim swap activation

Worst service ever, its been 3 days and im still waiting for you to activate my sim, you delivered my sim on friday but its not active, what am i supposed to do with a sim that doesnt work, it took a week for you to get me a sim swap now 3 days to activate, you guys are unreal, activate my sim today.
