SIM still not working after 30 days
Hi, I have been trying to get the service working for more than a month now, Shafeeqau , the sales person, keeps promising that the SIM will be replaced and working, no success....spent another hour on calls without any response......Mweb promised a refund which still has not happened..... Really guys, this is NOT the way to do business....

05 Oct 2020, 08:10Mweb has still not managed to resolve the issue, still sitting with a SIM that does not work, this is absolute ridiculous, to make things worse, the technicians cannot call back, you spend hours on the phone without success. Absolutely useless company.

08 Oct 2020, 08:22Mweb has not been able to get the SIM working, nobody calls back although they promised, decided to cancel their service since inception....emailed them twice to notify of cancellation, however zero response to date by Shafeequa.
