Sim Only Delivery

I am disgusted by the service I have received from Mweb and Ccd couriers. I ordered a Sim only upgrade/continuation on the 24th of March (WOW its a month already today)... They responded and told me that the sim will delivered on the 31st of March.... Sadly my day past away on the same day 24th....I contacted CCD to say can I arrange that someone get this delivery for me, because all the documents are ready... They said no... I should be the one receiving it as "RICA" t's ans c's. Then we arranged that it can be done the following week on a Wednesday because I'm coming back on Tuesday. Nothing on Wednesday... On the 31st of March the courier guy still came even though I communicated in advance that I am out of Gauteng to the Eastern Cape since my dad passed away. I was even irritated because we spoke about this way in advance.... Strike1 that shows no one did their Job. I came back, Wednesday no delivery was done, I call them again(Ccd) ... They told me that there's a fee of R200 that I need to pay now for a re-delivery to be done.... If I agree to that I need to contact Mweb so that they send the package again... I contact Mweb they told me the samething and told me they escalating. A week goes by I call CCD couriers to following up on the delivery they told me they waiting on Mweb.... I call Mweb they told me they sent the necessary to Ccd already but they promised they will re-send.... I got frustrated, because I had now realized that I'm wasting my time and airtime on this people and they not doing anything about it. The very last lady who I spoke to "Monene" told that I should wait for them to contact me as already I spoke to her about the amount of money I spent making these calls with no joy. There after they kept buzzing me... Until day before yesterday when someone call me successfully to arrange yesterday's delivery date... I was at home the whole day waiting for the delivery guy... Their delivery hours they specified that it is 8am to 12pm midday.... I then recieved an ama saying, CCD is experiencing delays, we apologize for the inconvenience. An agent will contact you soonest. Or contact CCD on:*** Ref CVXIS122383. That was 11:46am, I told myself I'm not going to call them yesterday, wanting to see if there's someone who's going to say anything about this sma I had received. Well I called them this morning, they said that the guy wrote that he tried calling me around 2pm and my phone was on voicemail or something to confirm delivery address which is a complete lie... I'm not going to pay Mweb/ Ccd couriers the R200 they told me about for re-delivery to me as I have already spent that on the calls I have been making to them. Mweb ***. I'm sick and tired of send from pillar to post for just a Sim to be delivered as per the agreement.... I even mentioned to 1 one of the ladies I spoke to if their calls are recorded that, is it gonna a whole month for sim to be delivered she said NO... And "surprise" its a month later.
