Signed up for a fibre package week ago, in this short space of time Mweb has managed to frustrate me so much with their *********** call centre agents and lackluster user experience. Despite telling them that a reinstallation of the fibre line is needed as the previous person who owned the premises damaged the line and removed the ONT box, these fools at Mweb active the damaged line and run a debit order on my account before any installation happened. When I call to try and have this fixed I get placed on hold or transferred all around their call centre with me having to explain this all over again. Mweb doesn't give a damn about their customer experience especially when it's a new customer. I regret signing up with these guys. I should have stuck with Afrihost, I never had any issues like this with them.
