Sick & tired of endless issues with MWEB MTN LTE!!!

I have had endless issues with Mweb's MTN LTE package from getting it started up to having no internet at all!!! From December up until now I have had endless issues from losing my email address to having to go to an MTN store to get the Sim card activated as all the "solutions" Mweb suggested did not work & now to not having internet the whole day & no internet in the morning all of last week!! This is unacceptable as I have a business to run & can't get anything done without internet!! You guys promote such a "great" product but it's been the biggest load of ****!!!! And trying to get through to the technical call centre is another problem!!
