Sick of waiting on Mweb

I have contracted the LTE Router through Mweb and still no feedback as to when this router will be delivered, this after it is an additional package to my account and thus extra money made for Mweb. I have contacted Mweb on numerous occasions and since been provided a tracking number which doesn't work. Mweb claims that the parcel is with the courier and we have to wait until the courier logs it for delivery WHILE the courier claims they dont have the parcel and therefore the tracking number is not active, it would have been active if the parcel was received. I have expressed the urgency of getting this router up and running due to work reasons, I have followed up numerous times and still nothing. No one has contacted me to keep me posted on delivery, No one has even contacted me to ask where the router must be delivered to after stating I moved house. Clearly no one is willing to deliver proper customer service. This is unacceptable!
