Sick and tired of BAD SERVICE

I am extremely disappointed with MWEB not being able to give me clear answers regarding my order for fibre installation. I have been in contact with them via phone but all I get is the run arround and NO ONE seems to be able to give me any clear answer. I am SICK and Tired of being sent from helter to skelter
