Sick and tired

You guys keep on closing the ticket without solving the issue. I am sick and tired of this mediocre service from MWeb.

If this matter can not be resolved by tomorrow afternoon 10 September 2020 at 17:00 then please cancel my contract and send someone to come and collect your phone. I will also reverse any payments and cancel any further payments after tomorrow afternoon at 17:00 if this matter is not sorted.

Asking and talking nice to you guys does not help at all! I am sick of it.
