Short-sighted billing and customer service.

My ADSL line has been down since Feb 10th. Telkom has already offered to credit my account for the downtime; MWEB point-blank refuses to.

Here's my response via their disputes portal:

"Cancel my MWEB subscription, backdated to 10th February 2018 and provide a pro-rata'd invoice for that amount only.

In the meantime, I will block the debit order via my bank and move my ADSL subscription to Telkom.

Feel free to advise your supervisor how you lost a client and they are then welcome to offer me an apology on ********** "

So, to recap: I have had no ADSL line since Feb 10th. Telkom offered a credit note, MWEB refused repeatedly. I requested my subscription be cancelled post-dated to 10th Feb. MWEB intend to invoice me for the full month of March at end Feb. I don't have an ADSL line you fvcking mongoloids! I'm not going to pay you! Stay clear of these *******, their business model is that of Vodacom and DSTVs.
