Shockingly poor service!!!!!!

Mweb is the most useless private organisation I have ever dealt with. Between that Chat Bot, emails and phone calls, the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. I had to wait for 30 minutes to speak to Billing.......go figure, they obviously have so many Clients with problems originating from Mweb. Steer clear of them.
