Shockingly Poor Service

Absolutely shocking service. I have upgraded my service more than a month ago and i am still struggling. No connection at home while you have to work from home is no joke. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to you. Keep coming up with excuse. I have spent hours in the phone with you and to date no resolution

I am a paying customer but i get this service and i don't think anyone deserves this service.
