Shockingly bad service

I had to cancel my order at MWEB after it has taken MWEB and their service provider OpenServ almost 4 months to still NOT be able to install the fibre from our complex's grid to my house. The reason they couldn't install the fibre: nobody pitched uo to actually do the work.
