Shocking very bad and no service

MWEB are pathetic. I will change this review if you apologize and deliver today. Absolutely shocking service from the delivery division. Why should I have this much stress over a R500 SIM card. I have phoned them so many times and still no LTE SIM card. MWEB uses ccd couriers who are just as useless, to deliver. I am fed up with giving my rica address, over and over. I am fed up with having to phone to find out where my delivery is. I am fed up having to repeat myself at my expense of a cell phone call. I am fed up with having to shout over the phone because the MWEB consultant talks over me. I am fed up with MWEB telling me that they will escalate it. I am fed up with MWEB telling me ccd couriers could not get hold of me which is total lies. MWEB remember that you offer a service and I am the customer who will choose which service to buy from which ever supplier. Right now I don’t choose MWEB and will go with some one else. Your service is shockingly bad and just about non existent. Remember that MWEB asked me to buy from them, I did not ask to buy from you. Cancel my order that has still not arrived.
