Shocking. They take debit order but no router arrived

I have tried to have my router delivered since March this year. I do not have an ID book but a temporary ID which they said was fine. They expire every 2 months. I keep telling them my situation. They keep sending the courier and then he leaves again with the router. If I call to sort it out I get cut off and no-one calls or smses me to either cancel the service I've never gotten or suggest another way I can get this router delivered. They're billing me every month and have my account listed as arrears with my bank. The cheek! Taking a monthly debit order when they haven't even delivered the router in 2 months
