Shocking Technical Help and Customer Service from MWeb

Mweb has appalling customer service nowadays. I have held on for 50 minutes for technical help and the call then dropped. The same happened a few days ago. Their chat line on their app doesn't work. I have had to buy more airtime to try and get through to them, and still have not succeeded. I am more than frustrated with them.
