Shocking Services from MWEB

After struggling with Supersonic, we decided to opt for MWEB, and we soon realised that they are all the same.

We ordered a device and sim on the 4th of September and it is a month already and have not received our delivery. We keep on receiving Calls from CCD couriers to say they will be delivering on a certain date and when they are supposed to deliver they tell us that MWEB said they should not!! Have called both CCD and MWE over 20 times and the issue seems to be with MWEB in failing to instruct CCD to deliver. There is never a clear reason for the lack of delivery. What is puzzling is that we received a statement from MWEB,

This again goes to show that one should do their own research via clients to find out if you should go with that ISP or not. We sit here still without internet and no explanation from MWEB. You can only contact the via their totally useless phone lines and no email support or whatsapp. Totally appalled by this service!!!!
