Shocking Services

I signed with Mweb for a Fiber line to my house. Firstly their web page is not user friendly. I found a page, after much searching, asking for a technical person to call me regarding my emails. I then decided to give them a call myself, the lady at their technical center could not help me, after about 30 minutes I asked her if someone could call me back, I was told no we don't phone out, what is the use of the callback page and I am paying for a services that is not working and I am kept on the phone for half an hour of with I am paying for as well. Think it is time to look for another services provided. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND MWEB
