SHOCKING SERVICE THEY IGNORE YOUR REQUESTS

I'm a brand new client decided to sign a contract with Mweb their customer sales call center are quick to answer phone calls and answer emails. But once the deal is signed you become a "NOBODY" I gave them the go ahead on the 15th August as at today 8th September I don't even have a modem. I have emailed the sales guy you I have been dealing with he has suddenly gone incognito including the lady who has been busy with my sign up both of them do not reply to emails. Think very carefully the "Grass is not so green on the other side" SHOCKING SERVICE !!!!!
