SHOCKING SERVICE RECIEVED - 3 weeks for a WIFI router to get delivered, oh wait collected.

I am utterly disappointed with the service received from Mweb. I had started the process on the 21/06/2021 to date I have still not received my WIFI router. This was supposed to be delivered by the 30th of June. Now I am going to fetch the WIFi router myself from the depot as my WIFI router was deliver to Rustenburg which is 3 hours away from where I stay. I have asked Mweb to activate my line so long and I will start paying but they cannot even do that, Mweb had given Convert Couriers the WRONG address, hence why my router landed up in Rustenburg. Does it take 3 weeks for a WIFI router? and then customers must go and fetch it themselves because Mweb does not get an address correct? Absolutely shocking only Convert Couriers can assist me with this and only they have provided me with feedback, but my service provider is Mweb?
