Shocking Service. How do they stay in business!!!

I signed up with MWEB and received nothing but terrible service. They promise free installation and delivery but just forget to deliver the rooter. They still go ahead send me a bill after numerous calls to their terrible call centre. They delivery partner Dawn Wing is just a horrible, they arrived at my place without prior notice, sms or an appointment. Needles to say they attempted delivery twice while I was at work. So after numerous calls to both companies, I have still not received a rooter but have a bill to pay. Terrible service indeed
