Shocking service from MWEB team

What a horrible experience I had with the MWEB team. It has taken over 2 weeks for my internet to be connected, after countless calls and being transferred to their call center agents who couldn’t even help me. Today I had yet another call with the team and after threatening to cancel my contract and complaining on hellopeter ,the connection was done within an hour after my call. The sales agent that completed the sale didn’t even bother to check whether or not the activation was completed. I sent him complaints regarding the service and connection and am still waiting for a response.
