Shocking service from MWeb

Shocking service. I now seriously regret having used MWeb for my fibre. Incredibly difficult to phone and when you eventually (90 min later) get to speak to someone they promise to phone you back - nothing. I’m surprised that they are still in business!! If I had to run my business in the same way I would have been bankrupt a long time ago.
