Shocking service from Mweb

Moving Mweb from Jhb to Limpopo was supposed to be easy - just a ‘flick of a switch’ according to your technicians. 8 days later and over 5 hours of calls later, we are still not connected. Both myself and my husband work online so as a result have had in incur unnecessary expenses to keep our business running. Technicians were unable to help and in the end caused more problems. We were told it would then take 7-10 working days for the problem to be resolved. Very disappointed and disgusted with your service.
