Shocking service from Mweb - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

If I could give a minus rating I would!! I received a router & SIM on the 20th October and told 48 business hours to activate. Now 9 days later and numerous calls each time explaining the whole story to another call centre agent and STILL NO ACTIVATION!!! Shocking service. Each agent promises to call back, escalated at least 4 times but no response. Have spent a fortune on airtime while holding for someone to assist.
