Shocking service from MWEB as fibre/internet service provider

First they give me the happy news that my application has been rejected and then I receive an email to track my order? See emails:

Hi MWEBBER,

We have heard back from the infrastructure provider, ${infrastructureProvider}, on the status of your MWEB Fibre application. Your application has been rejected. Your address has been returned by the infrastructure provider as being outside the Fibre coverage area. Yours in connectivity, MWEB Subsequent email: You've signed up with MWEB Fibre, now we send your Fibre order to the Fibre Infrastructure Provider, Vumatel, to confirm that you can switch to MWEB Fibre from your current ISP.

Does this company have any idea what it is doing? MWEB please confirm my cancellation without prejudice.
