SHOCKING SERVICE FROM MWEB

As you can no doubt gather, I am extremely ****ed off!!

I app**** for a fibre service from MWEB on 26 MAY... and I'm still waiting for them to install, SOME SEVEN WEEKS LATER. They delivered the new router 2 days after I app****, but since then... NOTHING!!! I run my business from home too - and now I'm going to be stuck without access to the Internet going forward. They have my phone number too ***), but not even a call from them! Shocking service indeed...
