Shocking service from MWeb

Shocking service. I have so far had to make six calls to MWeb in an attempt to increase our Fibre package with them. What should be an automated process on their web-site is not - the Call Centre gives different information with each person you speak to, they do not come back to you, and what should be so easy is just not. Absolutely pathetic. Three days so far, and still no success.
