Shocking service from Mweb!!!!!

We have just relocated to Somerset West and had to use Mweb for our WiFi. The worst service ever!!!!! You cannot get hold of them telephonically and you wait on the phone for 45 minutes before your call gets answered!!!!! All we need is to be connected so we can run our business and have WiFi and that they can’t even do properly……But quick to take your money…….

Who heads up Mweb ????surely something must be done about this shocking service…..
