Shocking service!

Very very poor service and not even a decent apology from Mweb. We have been trying to sort out the mess Mweb made with changing my dad's account (as he is deceased) to my mom's account since July. They firstly changed the incorrect account to my mom's name. They then suspend her account twice as no payment was made - DUE TO THEIR ERROR. Many phone calls later (which cost money & time!!!! ) - finally today the e-mail account seems to be working! This is a very poor show on the part of MWeb. Am about to change servers!
