Shocking service delivery

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Mweb I contacted customer support to resolve an issue with my internet, and I was assured that it had been fixed. However, not only is the problem still there, but it has actually gotten worse. Have sent numerous emails still waiting for a response. Thomas van Bochove

I have wasted time following up, expecting a resolution, only to be given false assurances. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this provider to anyone looking for reliable internet.

Unless this issue is properly addressed immediately, I will be looking for an alternative provider.
