Shocking service

Shocking poor service that I am receiving from Mweb Fibre, the installation of the infrastructure has been done 3 weeks ago n they said after that they will deliver the router with 10 working days, to date m still waiting, I called n they keep on transferring me from one consultant to another n getting no joy, nobody is willing to help!
