Shocking service

Bad service received. I am a long-standing client of MWEB and have recently converted to a lower package due to my financial situation. Its one month gone and I am still not on the new OpenServer connectivity. This has been dragging on and no one can tell me where exactly the problem is. Service is pathetic.
