Shocking service and the worst app ever!!!

Mweb used to be a good ISP but they have seriously lost the plot! 1.) My account has been disabled numerous times when I have made a payment. No-one seems to be able to find the payment even though I have sent the proff of payment numerous times. 2) The payment functionality on their "app" just does not work. 3) Now my account has been disabled again after I made another payment via the website. It has now been 4 days. 4) The call centre is terrible, the wait times are rediculous and you can never speak to anyone who can solve the problem.

Mweb, if you are going to ask your customers to use self-service channels then at least make sure that those channels work. I wish I could switch but I'm locked in by an email address that I have had for 2 decades.
