Shocking service and broken promises

I have been a customer for over a decade and have now relocated. I have been trying to transfer my package to my new address but it has been a constant series of phone calls, promises and hang-ups without any progress being made. It's been 3 days since installation was promised but nothing has happened. It's worth noting that there is no option at all to raise a complaint on their website????
